Potosi - Place to stay

In Potosi I stayed in the Hostal Koala Den, which is like a standard little pension with double, familiy and shared dorm rooms. I stayed in a better dorm with normal beds and had the room nearly to myself. The managers of the hostel are really creating a nice atmosphere with the breakfast, which is served at one big table, where everyone comes together and starts talking. Fresh shakes and eggs and of course the standard bread... if you can call it that.

One morning the electricity was out and we had a candele light breakfast, which created a very unique atmosphere! I am still remembering this very well :-)

Everyone was sitting around the table and started chatting about their tours though the mines.
